          hi, my name is khumar, and i like fantasy *gulp* honestly...i like fantasy books. i've read some realllllllly nice fantasy books! i think that's why i looooove harry potter. funnily enough, don't read the lord of rings series. you can't read them. they are soooooooo boring! watch the movies instead ^__^

          i like historical typa books too. i have a couple which i should be reading but i'm not. and fiction, but no murder mysteries. for that i got dan brown books...and that too only like 2 and half of what he's written

            hey khumar thanks for posting! ya know, i also loved reading the whole harry potter series, and i tried to read lotr...but i didn't get past 'the hobbit'. you're right...they're painfully long!!!

            i've read brown's 'da vinci code' but i still need to get into 'angels and demons'

              oh man i jumped right into the first LOTR book...got halfway through it, but had no idea what i was reading...hehe.

              ok this isn't a spoiler for Angels and Demons, but it follows the same pathline as in da vinci code. that is don't trust anyone

                yea i had started 'angels and demons' a few years ago, but then i dropped it for i don't know what reason.

                right now i'm reading 'oliver twist' i've loved charles dickens since jr. high. i only get to read like 5 pages a day, but it's a good story.

                  Angels and Demons is more like a Bond series novel with a twist.
                  Khumar, for JRR Tolkien works, I would suggest to read The Silmarillion fist.

                      So we have one thing in common atleast; since even the passions for reading may vary.. and its HARRY POTTER series I felt so bad and so mad at JK Rowling for having ended the series
                      Let the Sea be my mother, and the Moon my father;
                      I will swim with the mermaids forever thereafter....

                            no but i've heard so much about it. they're using cedric diggory as the protagonist in the movie version of it. is it any good?

                              i havent read it yet, but 2 of my friends have asked me to check it out. it's got something to do with vampires and what not, but they say it's very interesting.

                              if someone were to ask, what is your fav book of all time, what would you say?
