    Hayeeeeeee Oyeeeeeeeee Rabbaaaaaaaaaaaa!

      Well, Masi I have heard that, saying " Yahhayo-YA Qayomo" helps ease the stress. However,I don't have anything to support it right now or to provide any explaination or exact translation.
