Palestine V Britain: Comparing Muslim lives

Palestine V Britain: Comparing Muslim lives

The truth of the massacre, which took place in Jenin, Palestine, may never be known. The recent news coverage of the area shows buildings reduced to rubble through which the traces of body parts are visible. It is clear that the camp murderer Sharon is using his favourite tactics of large-scale massacres to reduce the Jihad against occupation; after all, it was Sharon who masterminded the Chatila and Sabra camp massacres in Lebanon.

Whilst all this bloodletting against the Muslims is taking place around the world, the majority of the 1.6 billion Muslims in the world remain focused on trying to enlarge their wealth and status in society. It seems as though pictures of Muslim women and children being massacred have little impact on the conscience of the Ummah. There are exceptions to this blatant disregard of Islamic obligations; however, these are just exceptions and not the norm, unfortunately.

In order to further emphasise the reality in the world, we are presenting a comparison of the life of the average Muslim in the UK with that of the average Muslim in the West Bank of Palestine in any 24-hour lapse.

    07:00

Jenin Palestine; Muslim A continues his search for his wife and three children who he has not seen for over four days, he walks through the rubble which used to be his home. Whenever he arrives at a stable piece of land he sits down and dozes of for a few moments, since he has not had more than three hours of sleep in the last four days. How can he sleep?? Every time he shuts his eyes, another artillery shell is hurled towards him from the Jews.

London England; Muslim B has already been awake for about an hour, he has been watching the news and glimpsing through a Cisco routers book for which he intends to take an exam in a few months. In order to soak in more from the Cisco book, he turned down the volume on the news, which just happened to be speaking about the massacre in Palestine.

    09:00

Jenin; Muslim A has just found the body of one of his children, a small girl, riddled with at least seven bullets, had it not been for a special necklace given to her by her mum, he would hardly have been able to recognise her. As he walks with her in his arms, he meets a family who are roaming the streets looking for any sight of food or water. As they exchange words, a helicopter gunship passes overhead firing missiles at another building just yards away; they all try to hide behind a wall, the girl is placed safely in an alley so that he can bury her later.

London; Muslim B has been at work for the last thirty minutes and is already talking about the forthcoming football world cup with his kuffar colleagues, after a while they start speaking about his forthcoming Cisco exam and how he needs to spend more valuable time studying if he is to climb up the career ladder. He then starts checking through his list of emails and has a laugh at some pictures sent to him by his friends. The thought of ‘Palestine’ has been pushed right back to the cobweb filled part of his brain with the rest of his unwanted thoughts.

    13:00

Jenin; Muslim A has arrived at his local Mosque and found that part of it has been bombed out. He sees that the other Muslims have found a part that is still fairly stable to pray. His next task is to find water to perform ablution. After managing to buy a bottle of mineral water, he performs the noon prayer and then goes out in search for the rest of his family. He walks past some children who are crying and looking for their parents. He takes them with him and continues along the streets avoiding the Jewish snipers.

London; Muslim B has accompanied some kafir colleagues to a local sandwich shop in their lunch break. These colleagues include females dressed rather obscenely. As they sit in the shop and eat their sandwich, one of the women say to him “you’re Muslim aren’t you” after he acknowledges her question she continues “ so what do you think of all that stuff going on in Israel??” This is the first time in the day that Palestine has come to his mind, he now thinks about how best to answer the question so that the kuffar colleagues continue to see him as ‘one of the lads’.

    16:00

Jenin; Muslim A is being held in the back of a Jewish armoured vehicle. He is blindfolded as they interrogate him about involvement with the Mujahideen groups who are fighting the Jewish occupation. All he keeps thinking about is the rest of his family, and wonders if any of them may still be alive. While they interrogate him he keeps reciting verses of the Quran in Arabic, which infuriates the Jews. The children who were with him are back on the streets crying for their parents, the Jews did not give them any food or drink.

London; Muslim B is working hard in order to impress the directors, he has decided hat e won’t ask them if he can pray, rather he thinks it’s OK to go home and then pray ‘Qaza’ if he has time. He offers to make his colleagues some coffee, which they all accept. Whilst he makes the coffee, the kuffar colleagues start talking about how he thinks that he is one of them and that he has an ‘identity problem’, they all have a good laugh about him.

    20:00

Jenin; Muslim A has managed to find the children who were crying for their parents, he has also managed to gather some small amounts of food and drink in order to feed them and himself. After walking through some more streets infested by Jewish forces, he manages to find suitable shelter for the children to stay. After a short while he finds a gun and some ammunition amongst the rubble. He picks up the gun and loads the bullets and continues the search for his family. Some Jewish troops on foot appear and a gunfight starts, he manages to kill two Jews and wound one more, and then retreats before the armoured personnel carrier arrives.

London; Muslim B has just arrived home from work. He eats some dinner and then switches on the television, after flicking through the 200 channels on Sky he finally manages to find a program on computer technology, which he watches. He then starts talking with his parents about some of his friends and how he is in a better job then they are. He continues with the petty ‘small talk’.

    00:00

Jenin; Muslim A has just woken after a thirty minute ‘nap’. He hurries back to the place where he left the children. He finds them exactly where he left them; they are asleep but alive and well. He has some more food and drink for them. After a lot more walking through the streets, he finally finds his wife and his remaining children alive and well in a makeshift building where there are about two hundred people trying to survive. There is no electricity or water in this building; however, they all manage to find food and drink to see them through the night. The men go to the side and discuss how to conduct the Jihad to safeguard their families in the building; they will not get much sleep this night either.

London; Muslim B has just gone to sleep after reading a few more chapters of the Cisco book. He is very tired and needs to be up at six in the morning with only about six hours of comfortable sleep. He forgot to pray the Isha prayer whilst he was on the computer studying.

Do these two Muslims seem as though they’re part of the same Ummah?? It appears that the Muslims in the west have gotten to comfortable with the luxuries of life. They are immune to the suffering of the Muslims around the world. Indeed, Islam teaches us that the Muslim Ummah is one Ummah, their war is one, their peace is one, their security is one, and their land is one.

Why are the Muslims chasing that which has already been fixed for them, I.E. wealth?? Do they think that their status amongst peers is more important than the blood and honour of their brothers and sisters across the world??

Obey Allah and obey his messenger (SAW) the only way for hope in this world and the hereafter!!

In what way have I gone away for the basis of this thread .

if as the thread points out muslims are disregarding Islamic obligations.

so to are all the christians in world disregarding theyre christian obligations, to support christians who are being persecuted by muslims.

what does this thread suggest that this british muslim do about Palestine .

should he join some religion based army and go and fight isreal ,and maybe after isreal india or any other country where muslims are involved in a conflict .

well if muslims should do that maybe as I say christians and buddists and atheists should do the same thing .

There is an atheist organization - Fatah and PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine), a communist group others such as the DFLP, the Arabic Front, etc. These Groups has members from the Palestinian(Arab) Christian, Muslims and Atheist that fight against the Israel

Christians and Muslim from the PFLP and Fatah has participated in Suicide bombing or Operation Martyrdom.

Actually I believe Christians do more for their brethren than Muslims.
