Asalam ualikum W'r W'b Sister;
It is said in the Quran (quoting Abdullah Yusuf Ali's translation):

• Surah Al-Tahrim (Prohibition)
  
  11. And Allah sets forth, as an example to those who believe the wife of Pharaoh: Behold she said: "O my Lord! Build for me, in nearness to Thee, a mansion in the Garden, and save me from Pharaoh and his doings, and save me from those that do wrong";

and

• Surah Al Qasas(The story/stories)
  
  8: Then the people of Pharaoh picked him up (from the river): (It was intended) that (Moses) should be to them an adversary and a cause of sorrow: for Pharaoh and Haman and (all) their hosts were men of sin.
  
  9: The wife of Pharaoh said: "(Here is) joy of the eye, for me and for thee: slay him not. It may be that he will be use to us, or we may adopt him as a son." And they perceived not (what they were doing)!

And from Sahih Bukhari:

• Volume 4, Book 55, Number 623:
  Narrated Abu Musa:
  
  Allah's Apostle said, "Many amongst men reached (the level of) perfection but none amongst the women reached this level except Asia, Pharaoh's wife, and Mary, the daughter of 'Imran. And no doubt, the superiority of 'Aisha to other women is like the superiority of Tharid (i.e. a meat and bread dish) to other meals."

There are many similar ahadiths in Sahih Bukhari, however I'm not sure of the sanad on this one, or the others. Maybe someone else can help you out there.
