    First thing First

Who is agent of Establishment, who is agent of US and Jews , we can argue these things to death and yet no body can convince any body, lets try to have a different discussion here, why not we the voters, set a standard for the political parties, whoever forms the govt, be it PML-N, PTI and Allah forbid PPP, lets measure their performance as per these standards. It is really easy to put blame on any one ( all it takes is just few seconds and hit few keys) and it is equally easy to negate the same blame, he blame-game.

Here are my standards for the new govt. this is what they have to do when they come in power, these steps can be taken immediately and can provide relief to the people right away.. so here it goes:

    1) Reduce the electricity tariff to : Industrial unit Rs 1.5, Home/Residential Rs 5.5 and Commercial Rs 7.5
I know govt has to provide great deal of subsidy to reduce the tariff to the above, but the cost of electricity in not high because of the fuel cost, it have other elements as well out of which, Mismanagement, theft, line-loses have major share.
Once the tariff is reduced, Govt should clear the mess, decrease the line losses and while doing this, install new hydro power plant, i know about one power project at Kunhar River which have capacity to produce something between 700 to 1000 MW but the project has been delayed by the current govt. Apart from this project, in the region of Gilgit-Baltistan, small and mid level run-of-river hydro projects can be installed in 2-3 years time. This will play its part to cover the cost of fuel.

Moreover, New Govt should work hand in hand with Chinese or even with Russians to have civil nuclear power plant not to mention, continue working on the Coal power project.

The benefits govt will get is, it will reduce the cost of production and living at same time, this will provide a window for the Pakistani manufacturer to compete in the international market and bring in the "Zar-e-Mubadala".

Yes it may increase the fuel bill, but that can be covered in long run.

    2) Reduce the cost of Diesel...currently it is at par with Petrol price, reduce it to at least Rs 35/litre.

These two are key things i want any govt to implement. Once the govt take these steps, then the rest of the things will fall automatically will fall in right places...

I'll add more later, my area of concern in the survival of common man and i don't care if it is done by an agent of establishment or by agent of Jews or USA or by any anti-establishment force.

    Re: First thing First

Although I have never been a supporter of people's party, but after the previous elections I had great hopes on People party as well as PMLN as they had suffered a lot during the past 10 years and I thought that now they should work for the people. For me and most of the people it really doesnt matter if honest people rule the country (be they belong from X, Y and Z party). I'd support even people's party if it starts adopting people friendly policies and start working for the people and not to satisfy their own greed. At the end of the day people want food on their tables and live their life reasonably well, and they will support anyone who can guarantee their jaan, maal, izzat and prosperity of the country.

        Only few singers we have
but they are now common between India and Pakistan.
So we are living in a vacuum.

My list of demand continues, one may call it wish-list but if any political party or govt of Pakistan is going to work on it, then it will bring the hope of prosperity back in the country. So here is more.

Pakistani govt is spending Rs 50 Billion in schemes like Benazir Income program, this program might be supporting few thousand familes in Pakistan in papers as on ground Rs 1000 a month won't make much of difference. So here is what i have to say,

Develop 10 more cities in Pakistan with this amount, allocate this amount on yearly basis for the development of cities, select cities through out Pakistan and provide all the infrastructure a city may require to develop. As per my limited knowledge, these towns have potential to become cities if govt take interest. This move will not only change the fate of the people on these towns ( which would be in millions) but also will reduce the pressure on the 3/4 cities of Pakistan.

The list of cities is as follows:

          1) Larkana/NawabShah
          2) Thatta/Badeen
          3) Qalat/ Gawadar and Sibi
          4) Chaman/Quetta
          5) Dera Ismail Khan/Banu and Kohat
          6) Sakardo/Gilgit and Swat
          7) Bhera/Multan and Jhang
          8) Muzafarabad/Meerpur
          9) Mandi Bahauddin
          10) Narowal/Sialkot/Pasroor
