FO urged to bring home bodies of six Pakistanis

    http://www.dawn.com/2002/05/08/top11.htm

ISLAMABAD, May 7: Relatives of the six Pakistanis killed in Macedonia for their alleged links with Al Qaeda have asked the foreign office to bring the bodies to the country for their burial according to Muslim rites.

Macedonian forces killed six Pakistanis and an Indian Sikh in a staged encounter near the US embassy compound after recovering some Quranic verses from their pockets. The encounter was later investigated by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation, which termed it fake.

"After recovering some Quranic verses, the arrested people were handed over to the Special Forces of Macedonia who interrogated them and killed them in a bogus fight for getting the favours of the USA," the application, given to the foreign office, said.

"Our sons were going from Bulgaria to Greece for a better future when they entered the state of Macedonia with an Indian where they were arrested and handed over to the special forces," it added.

Relative of one of those killed, Ijaz Ahmed, aged 22, said all the six people had entered Macedonia illegally after paying more than $1200 to the agents.

The agents, the relatives said, were operating in Turkey, Iran and with a local contact in Mandi Bahuddin.

Following are the names of the six Pakistanis killed: Syed Bilal Hussain Shah, Muhammad Asif Javed, Umer Farooq, Khalid Iqbal, Ejaz Ahmed and Muhammad Riaz.

Why can not Pakistani goverment strongly protest to Macedonian goverment for this genocide? Not only those killers SOBs mother ****ers should be hanged but Pakistani government should also demand compenstion from Macedonia for breaved families.

They were Pakistanis did mean that their lives were cheap as compared to French died in a bomb blast.

    Sincerely
    FARID

        Outlaw,

This is not cursing. It just shows that the importance of the two incidents. Whole machinery has been mobilized and now seeking foreign help to grab the culprits who were behind the blast in Karachi. Where as no one cared for people who were massacred in Macedonia because they were Pakistanis?

Don't you feel sorrow or sadness, also for those unfortunate victims in Macedonia? Ask the relatives of the victims and then repeat your question.

Human is human, whether it is Pakistani or French or any one else. It is unfortunate that the people who were killed were Pakistanis, had they were from any other developed country, situation would have been entirely different.

        CM,

Shut up and do not poke your nose in every topic. People who died were innocent and their families need full support and cooperation of Pakistani government and people.

        Sincerely,
        FARID

So much for not cursing! Farid I post where I wish. So deal with it. I agree they need support, but since when is it a massacre?

            CM,

Do I have to teach you English now? According to Oxford dictionary, massacre means butchery. The way those poor guys were murdered I consider as butchery.

            Sincerely,
            FARID

Farid, that's not the point. There are other more succint and dilligent ways to get your point across. Casting petty slurs only shows that one has already lost the battle.

Refrain from such behaviour. It's something which is not allowed on this forum. You have been here long enough to know all the rules and regulations. Take this as a warning.

                OutLaw,

                Read this,

“Realdeal we are talking about Sindh, where Mohajirs had recieved their jobs due to merit. The quota system allowed uneducated idiots to come to power, when they weren't fit to work. Also this only happened in Sindh. No where else in Pakistan. Also it happened when a Sindhi was in power. Thus it was obvious favoritism, not to mention provincialism and that has led to disharmony"

Yes I am writing in this forum long before you evolved here. I was even offered Moderator position which I refused. You close your eyes on above garbage but you are warning me for just pointing a sad incident which is being dealt very lightly by the government. I know the rules here. It is you who has to go through the rules and see if any rule is being violated by spreading racist slurs by some idiots.

                Sincerely,
                FARID
