If the regional organizations like these are properly utilized, dont you think that it may usher a new era of economic growth. As the Chinese want to involve Pakistan, and Kazakistan, maybe in order to obtain access to the Oil and Gas reserves in the CIS. Pakistan will benefit from these organizations. A few years back, the South East Asian nations were very far behind in economics, but ASEAN pulled the countries that were very far at par with the developing economies of the region.
