Islamabad will not hand over anyone says Sattar..

How much longer will the stand off between India and Pakistan continue?. After the elections in UP, will everything be back to normal?

    An interesting article indeed.

it is costing pakistan money to deploy troops
on the border. no talks if criminals are not
      returned policy is best option.

In this interview, FM sattar has virtually admitted that the indian criminals were given refuge in pakistan. He alleged that criminal pakistanis were also given refuge by India, but failed to give a list to India despite indian request.

This is virtually an admission that if we give these indians to India, our guilt ans association with bombay blasts would be taken for granted.

It seems at least one is going to go to US for trial, and maybe followed by India. Most probably it will happen to most of them on the list, they will first be handed over to US (to save Paki's skin) and through them to India.

Sheikh Omar may go on trial in US: Report
            Washington, Feb 18
The extradition of the suspected mastermind of the plot to kidnap Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl is the target of an active grand jury investigation in the United States, Newsweek magazine reported.
The report in the issue due out Monday quotes Justice Department sources as saying the grand jury is looking at the Pearl abduction as well as other kidnapping plots involving US citizens, in which Sheikh Ahmed Omar Saeed could have played a role.
Sheikh Omar, who is now in Pakistani custody, could be indicted in a matter of weeks, and the United States would then seek his extradition from Pakistan, according to Newsweek.
Pakistani police said Omar confessed during interrogation that he was behind Pearl's kidnapping in this port city January 23.
Omar told a court as he was remanded Thursday that the 38-year-old US reporter was dead, but investigators doubt his claim, saying it cannot be verified.

And the recent bomb attacks in India is coming out in open as RAW's job. Sheikh Omar is also a RAW agent after all.

Claiming that his "brothers" were making their presence felt and will continue to do so "on every inch of Indian landscape", Omar has shocked his investigators by narrating his role and that of his "Jihadi colleagues", in the bomb explosion outside state parliament building in Srinagar in October last and shooting incidents in the compound of Indian parliament in New Delhi and outside the American Centre building in Kolkata in December and January last.

So a lack of evidence doesn't bother you?

I read somewhere that Omar was in custody about a week before it was disclosed. Was it a tactic relevation from Pak on the eve of Mushy's visit to US. Do they now think US intelligence is so weak not to read between the lines. All those rheotrics of India's involvement in kidnapping, in Kolkatta's shoot out, in parliament shoot out, nuclear explosion by india and now delibrately holding the information about his arrest. Somebody told me Musharraf, unlike vajpayee, only talks when he has intelligence reliable sources.

Is it not costing India a great deal of money to deploy these extra troops on the border? On top of the 700,000 troops already has in occupied Kashmir?

mallik since pakistan's economy is smaller
it cant sustain or afford confrontation
                    in the long run.

Now with sheikh Omar's admission, the picture is clear. You can read it in your own words.

"...", Omar has shocked his investigators by narrating his role and that of his "Jihadi colleagues", in the bomb explosion outside state parliament building in Srinagar in October last and shooting incidents in the compound of Indian parliament in New Delhi and outside the American Centre building in Kolkata in December and January last..."
