Pakistan to hand own list of names to India: Sattar

Pakistan will act "in accordance with the merits" of information provided by India in deciding what to do with Indian nationals on a list of 20 alleged terrorists New Delhi wants extradited, foreign minister Abdul Sattar said Saturday.

Pakistan also had its own list of terrorist suspects it wants extradited from India and would pass this on to New Delhi "in the course of time", Sattar told a joint press conference with visiting Canadian Deputy Prime Minister John Manley.

Yes Malik, good diplomatic move indeed. If India is really so honest to root out terrorism from this region, then it too has to hand over terrorist in its territory, escape after terrorist activities in Pakistan. Lets see what Mr. Singh will say about Pakistani demand.

        About time!

This is what Ive been saying all along. Let's get those mqm terrorists and the shia terrorists back to Pakistan to face the courts.

If india wants its own citizens back - they need to hand these people over - aik haath dou - doosra hath lou.

India says 14 of the 20 on it's "terrorist" list presented to Pakistan are Indians. From those 14 Indian's we have:-

          * 5 Sikh separatists - not related to attacks on the Indian parliament and in occupied Kashmir.

          * 5 Indian Muslims like Dawood Ibrahim and co - not related to attacks on the Indian parliament and in occupied Kashmir.

          * 4 other Indian's - alleged to be related to the Indian parlaiment and Kashmir attacks.

So India is asking for 10 Indian citizens who have nothing to do with the attacks which led to the present military-diplomatic crisis between India and Pakistan. If India wants these 10 back then fine, we would like an equal number (if not more) MQM and other terrorists extradited to Pakistan, who are residing in India.

            A little immature I think.
It is called GrandStanding. Something Perveez Mushraaf accuses India of.
By the way if I am a Pakistani I will be concerned about mental health. Here are a few pearls of Wisdom from his chat with 'NewYork Times'.
1.About OBL being dead. It was his 'Judgement and Perception'He didn't base that comment on 'Facts'
2.About India. Vajpayee's 'Body Language' told him he wants peace

Good on Sattar to make it public.

Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar said on Saturday that the government would hand over to India a list of people involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan for their extradition.... "We have names on our list and we will forward the list to the Indian government in due course of time so that the exchange of criminals is done on reciprocal basis."
