Musharraf to pass by Pakistani tank in Ajmer

AJMER: When General Pervez Musharraf drives down from the imposing circuit house here on his way back home Monday after offering prayers at the holiest of Sufi shrines, he will be gazing right down the muzzle of a Pakistani tank captured during the 1971 War.

Musharraf saw the action in the war that ended in a Pakistani surrender. The green-colour tank with T-3-110 embossed on it is strategically located right at the gate of the 19th Century residency-turned-circuit house that is built on a hill overlooking the beautiful Anasagar Lake in the Aravalli Ranges.
