Is it also haram to update newspaper sites before 10 a.m.

I find that most Pakistani Newspaper web-sites update their daily editions pages much later into the day e.g. DAWN at around 10:00 a.m. Pakistan Time.Some others like Jung and the Nation do it even later.
While Indian newspaper sites usually get their daily editions out at as early as around 12:00 midnight India time.
I am not playing the usual India-Pakistan comparison game here...but being an avid reader of Pakistani Newspapers I find the delay frustrating sometimes.

Actually the pakistani newspapers I read update much earlier than 10 am in pakistan. Dawn updates later than others though.

But Indian newspapers updating late in night sure is interesting...explains a lot of stuff, doesn't it?
