    WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Following is how countries ranked in
    the 1999 Corruption Perceptions Index issued by Transparency
    International (ranking begins with the least corrupt nation):

    Both India and Pakistan are ranked as the MOST CORRUPT COUNTRIES in the world. Indians and Pakistanis now have something in common.

    I thought that report said that we are ranked 12th in the world - which is a vast improvement on last year when we were ranked either 1st or 2nd.

    And I thought we were leaders in at least one field under Nawaz Sharif - looks like he screwed that up as well.
