    Sindhi traitors and Bengali traitors.

One sometimes wonder if nationalism was the driving force behind the creation of Bangladesh. If it was so, then why didn't East Bengal merge with the Indian state of West Bengal? Were West Pakistanis too weak to let East Pakistan go or were the Indians too strong to hold on to West Bengal?

Now it looks like the whole of Sindh (Sindhudesh) is pitted against the whole of Punjab. Will Sindhudesh be a reality ? Are Sindhi traitors any different from Bengali traitors?

Fall of Dhaka - Birth of Bangladesh
Fall of Karachi - Birth of Sindhudesh /Birth of Jinnahpur.

Only Punjab would be Pakistan in the next 20 years. Then Punjab would be fighting for Kashmir and Kashmiris. Long live Punjab and Punjabis.

The Punjabi logic goes something like this:
          Punjabi logic:
Ask not what we can do for Pakistan. Ask what Pakistan can do for us.

          Punjabi logic:
Punjab is "real" Pakistan. All other provinces are Pakistan only when Punjab
endorses it. This is why capital was moved from Karachi. A brand new Punjabi
city was built to give jobs to Punjabis, and to keep the capital close to the
          Punjabi Army's Headquarters.

          Punjabi logic:
Strong Center means strong Pakistan. This means Punjabis keep the control of
everything in Pakistan. The rest of the Pakistan is interested in the
          provincial autonomy (who cares).

          Punjabi logic:
If you let us loot your resources, then you are Pakistani. If you resist, you
are traitor. Bangali was called traitor. Balochi was called traitor. Pakhtoon
          was called traitor.

Now Sindhi and Mohajir are called traitor since they are currently going thru
the phase of demanding their right of self determination.

          Punjabi logic:
Constitution of Pakistan is a hindrance. The country will be ruled thru
Presidential orders and emergency. Half of the country rule was under Punjabi
army. Now it is under Punjabi Prime Minister who is ruling the country under
          emergency and presidential orders.

          Punjabi logic:
Only Punjabi is trustworthy. Any news or information not coming from the
          Punjabi source must be rejected.

The question is: Bangalis were asking their rights for self determination, and
equitable sharing of national resources from the very beginning. It took them
at least two decades before they threw in the towel and said enough was enough.

Some Sindhis and some Mohajirs do talk about throwing in the towel. Common
Sindhi and common Mohajir, however, is still not interested in parting ways
from Punjab. They want their rights within the folds of the Federation as
promised by the Constitution of Pakistan.

Let's see how long it takes before Sindhis and Mohajirs reach for the towel and throw it on the Rs. 1.7 billion Prime Minister Palace in the ghost Punjabi town, Islamabad.

            Dear Mohabbat,

These are a little too strong views about Punjab. What is keeping Pakistan so backward is not Punjab or Punjabis, but a lethal mixture of Feudal Lords, Army, and Religion. Get rid of all of these, and things will get better.

Think of a Sugarcane Juicer (Ganay kee Machine), the Army and the Feudal Lords are the two
"Cylindrical-Roller-Presses" through which sugarcane (the public) is squeezed and the "Handle" to roll the rollers is the Religion. Pakistanis make an excellent juice.

Who the hell are you to call Sindhis traitors?Sindhis are the backbone of the country. For years and years, they've been treated like **** by almost every Govt, even their so-called sindhis pm's didnot do anything for them and instead concentrated on punjab.Punjab may be the largest province in terms of population but quite frankly, the way everyone pampers it is quite amazing.
If sindhis are disgusted with the way things are going then they have every right to be.
Talking abt rights, does anyone remember who
the Balouchis are? They`re a part of the country as well but if they arent paid some attention, then they'll be asking for a seperate home as well.Think abt it,if you continue to treat ppl in provinces other than punjab like ****,then pretty soon all that will be left pf the country would be Punjab and rightfully so.They are NOT traitors.
