why does it occur?

when you have been consistently forwarning or sharing with your supervisor/s about your work related obstacles, beyond your control & instead of helping you, hearing you and supporting you in addressing them, they blame you for not meeting all expectations and keeping everyone comveniently happy and comfortable, over time what does it do to you and causes exhaustion, lack of faith in your supervisor/s and the employer organization?

do you contest any reports listed against you, documenting unfair reflection of your work?

is it common, that for honor's sake, people rather quit on their own and save their sanity or stay on board, to disprove the illigitimate workings of others at work environment, who are hell bent to degrade your work?

is it common in the context of immigrant professionals?
