I am willing to try Engineering again at Carleton University again, because my cousins in USA have done engineering as well.

Unfortunately, yes I had too. Because I was getting "F'"s on my transcripts. I had to change majors. That was Electrical Engineering.

But I am trying to reattempt it at the more mature and experienced age of 30 or 31.

That was Carleton University at Ottawa.
I was in the Electrical Engineering program.

But I can reattempt it again at the age of 30-31.
This is now a big deal.

                My family is supporting me.

I need to make my Political Science Degree into a B.A. Honours.

Then I will reapply for Electrical or Environmental Engineerin again at Carleton University, since I am a Canadian University.

You can also take courses over the summer to finish quicker or do the Co-op program to take longer, but get work experience.

My father think the Co-op experience is better.

But I think it is my fault I never studied hard in my life. But I am trying to correct myself now.

There is a good Muslim community from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Iran, Egypt, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia who are willing to help each other out in Canada.

Usually the Muslim students go to UBC, University of Calgary, University of Ottawa, Carleton University, University of Toronto, McGill University.

Also some went to Lakehead University.

Then somebody told me to "shut up", it is meant to be doable, really.

But I heard the Civil/Environmental Engineering streams are the easiest.
Electrical/Software Engineering are the hardest streams.

But I would never major in Aeronautical Engineering.

Most people usually major in Mechanical Engineering.

If you are paying for Tutors to teach you stuff in university you are making a big mistake.

Usually when we Muslims are living in a Non-Muslim country, my father says "Faith" and nothing else.

                    Good.

Do the practical work first, then do the obligatory prayers at home.

Even if you do not like a particular place, you have to learn to deal with it.

Now make the Pass Political Science Degree into a Political Science Honours Degree.
Then try to go back into Engineering again.
                          Then get a Master's Degree
                          then try for a Ph.D.
