I am one of vonage member. I would give their service 9 out of 10. Very good quality, cheap rates and filled with features. I have been using it from a month and had no problems making or receiving calls. If i refere someone that person will get a month free and also i will get a month free so both of us enjoy a month free. Email me at [email protected] if u are interested.

I use dialpad to dial out and have special configuration at work to connect me via high speed internet for incomming calls. I do not have a regular phone line at home just high speed internet which provides 60 TV channels, Phone service and of course internet access.... Not bad.... Voice quality is quite good no delays echos or breakups...

This is what I use for incomming calls via high speed internet a nortel product....... Avaya also has one so does Cisco....

This is what I use for out going phone calls

actually its the only one out there...... now now ppl, don't start yelling at me just cuz i don't know that there is another one out there, of which's knowledge you've been saving just for this moment to insult me bad. i was just about to say "in my knowledge"?
    No serioulsy, I was!

I don't think its somethin' entirely hair raising, eventhough i admit that it is a lil' bit just to let you know that u'r not the only one .
They also have a cheaper deal, which is $29 US or somethin' like that, in which u get 500 mins a month and they probablly charge u 7cents every minute after that which is still a lot. If it comes to Canada, i'm gonna make sure that i'm the first one gettin' it!

I just wanna know if anyone here has it or knows someone who uses it so i could get some first hand reviews about it.
