Ip address leaked!

I have been receiving messages of inappropriate nature some through MSN messenger service when I am offline/online.The message is always the same,something abt porn,but on the top of the message my
Ip address is given.The messages pop up at any time...how do I stop these messages?

Some how spammers have figured out a way to send ads directly to the user as a pop-up through MSN service. Just go into Administrative tools >> service and disable "messenger" service.
