Help!

I need urgent help. Im looking for a program that CAPTURES video from screens. Im planning to capture video from a game I have. I have tried programs such FRAP, but they suck caus its only 5fps. I need a program with 25fps, and that captures without lagging. Thanks!

I dont wanna buy any hardware, because ill only need it once.

thanks, but these programs are usless. they only record at a max of 20fps. this is useless when playing games, or using any other app. the video from these apps is not fluid, any other apps out there?

oh yeah....goes to 20 fps only. Never used it above 4 fps for what I do. sawwy.
