Toshiba's super-thin AT200 tablet running late, not out til next year

Now that the Asus Transformer Prime is pegged for a December release, Toshiba has become less coy about it's own 10.1-inch Android tablet, the AT200. A blogger posited a question on the company's official Facebook page and promptly got himself an answer: the 7.7mm thick, 1.2GHz dual-core slate will be commercially available from January 2012.
