    cleaning up never felt so goood...

    [thumb=H]expunge530_2392309.JPG[/thumb]

    Yes... 600 msgs deleted but still have 800 more

    I'm very lousy when it comes to organizing my inbox - I use Outlook2003.
    Does anyone has any golden rules for organizing your inbox.
    For reason, ruling alone, is a force confining - and passion, unattended, is a flame that burns to its own destruction - Khalil Gibran

    Only leave messages that you are working on in the Inbox. My rule of thumb is no more than 100.

          Creating filters is a good idea ... you create a folder for the differet types of emails you receive ... by domain or other criteria and direct the filter to move the email to that folder. Its like, I create a folder called XYZ and create a filter which moves all emails from xyz.com to that folder. In this way; that folder will indicate any unread emails which you know are from your employer. Its quite helpful and proves to be handy. I don't know if you understood me ....
          Say: "Not equal are evil and good, even though the abundance of evil may please you." So fear Allah much, O men of understanding, in order that you may be successful. (Qur'aan, 5:100)
