                it is an Easter Egg:

The first param is the number of paragraphs produced, and the second in the number of repetitions in each line.

Ever wonder why such things are present excessively in MS Applications?

MS Access had (or maybe still has) a full flight simlutor as an easter egg in it. Why?

Simple, small applications like MS Word, Access Excel etc are small application which can neither take space, nor memory or CPU. There has to be some way to make huge programs which can compell users to upgrade their systems. Easter egg is the easiest way :-)

Red Hat Linux 7.3 and Windows 2000 Pro were released about the same time (at most one years difference). Try installing these two OS in a Pentium 133. You'll be amazed by the performance difference.

easy there big boy... this things are in almost every software.. its fun.. don't get upset if u don't have the resources to upgrade your Pentinum 133 so that you can run the latest MS technology..

here are some other softwares that have fun packs included:

                          have fun...

PS: ppl plz don't compare Linux with Windows.. Linux is for programmers and Windows is for those who just want to send 1 email and then shut down their computer till they need to send the next one.. come on.. have fun.. install both .. crash both of them.. have fun

Sir, Im not talking about these 'small' things. Im talking about the whole flight simulator included in MS Access as easteregg.

Have you ever seen such an easter egg in any product from company other than microsoft?

no i havent but it isn't that load eater... its a very simple terrain simulation where u r moving a camera.. doesn't take that much resources....

flight simulator on the other hand is a very different approach and different then that of MS Access.. let the programmers have some fun yaar
