Doctors here.....!!!

its a new problem.....

actuallymy eye sight is weak.........n its inherited .....all my relatives on my mother side wear glasses.......all of my siblings too.....
n now our doctor here asked me to go to eye specialist........n this time its for my kids .....!!!!

our doct said he is not sure if my kids have a problem........but this check up is just to make sure they r ok......

i went to eye specialist n she recommended some drops ....kids will take these for 3 days n on day 4th she will chech the pupil or whatever.....

i was wondering if there is some other way to get it checked .....other than these drops......coz she told me may be my kids will not me able to see clearly for next 14 days after these drops ........so i'm hesitating to use these ....
n well i've asked her n according to her there is no other accurate way......

any idea....../suggestion /help....???

Afia: those drops aren't harmful

the docs use them so the pupil is opened up..........this way they can look into the eye more easily.

the effect of the drops will lesten over the course of days.

it's not dangerous or so........cuz the concentration used is quite low..........

and if the doc recommends it, i think it will be alright :~)

I had this done. I have been half blind for 2 days ... anyhow now I am getting better. I just remembered your post about this so thought might as well add my condition over here.

ps! dont let them drive a car, I drove with half vision ..

pss! make sure they are free next day from school, otherwise it can be a bit dangerous for kids.

psss! my eyesight is perfectally okay thank God.

There is a system of eye exercises by a certain Dr. Bates - see if you can find a book that explains how it works. Good luck!
