i think you keep the old titles. My chachu married his cousin, since she was puppho before, she still is. And she calls my dadi, phuppi still.

My mom's friend was married to her cousin and she also still called her mother-in-law as phuppi

my ammi called my dadi phuphijaan and my dada phupha jaan..my father called my nana nizam mamu and my nani zubaida mumani. Also, my ammi continued calling my chacha kaku bhai..eventhought from rishta she was now bari bhabi and she called continued my phupho ginni baji.

in my chacha's case, he called his in laws..munna phupho and tawwab phupha..and my chachi called my dada..baray mumma (for mamu).

My parents aren't cousins, but while they were kids they thought they were. My dad called his in-laws alternately by Phuppa and Phuppi, and sometimes as Abbu and Amma.

My mum made the adjustment without problems and csled her in-laws Baba and Ammi...

                        Saadia

I guess I am among the minority here who are NOT married to their cousins

I address my inlaws the same as my wifeand she addresses my folks the same way I address them
