    Decisions

Who will be held responsible if the person is 18+ or mature enough to make decisions but he/she can't coz of his/her complete dependency on others/elders, who didn't let that person to be independent at first place? Are elders responsible for all the consequences he/she bears as a result of their decisions ?

yes...if elders take decisions for the adults who are dependent on them, which is wrong, then they should be held morally responsible...NOT in LEGALLY though!

adults may consult elders because they have vast life experiences but NOT obliged to follow through.
Life is NOT measured by the number of breaths we take but the moments that take our breath away!!!
16 breaths a minute, 23040 a day...NO one knows which one will be their LAST!

If there is fundamental personality flaw such as lack of good decision making skills and the reason are in fact the elders, then there is no other that should be blamed for.

I have seen elders directly or indirectly refuse to take the blame. Moreover, blamed it on Allah swt or the society for whatever in competencies their kids may or may not have.

I personally believe that majority of the family issues have the root cause of parents not raising their kids sons as well as daughters as they should. THey let them loose and years later realize oh sh*t what just happened.
