What if there is only one way of doing things ? So many efficiencies have been built into workplace that it is hard to find a different way of doing things. The companies hire the brightest minds , these brightest minds make sure the things are done right the first time and they also make sure that this pattern of efficiencies continues.
The companies know that there is cut throat competition out there so they cannot afford to let the things go south.Fools never disagree.Comment
