Roman forget the spinach ...try this one .....its really good.
Now a simple recipe from my side , try it with nachos or plain salted crisps.
A bowl of yogurt
4 fresh green chillies(choped finely)
1 teaspoon red chillie powder
Fresh dhaniya(corriander) cut and chopped
1 full teaspoon Zeera powder
1 teaspoon corriander powder
u can increase or decrease the ingredients according to taste.
Mix all of them well and enjoy it as a dip for crisps,Nachos etc....
Health issue for some friends: People who drink alcahol specially beer avoid having large portions of this dip as it will make u extreemly sleepy and give u allot of acidity.I hate you.

Roman Bhai..my personal experience: spinach dips taste best with pumper nickle bread.
I am not sure if you wanna try this or not..but sometimes when i bake spinach or make spinach desi style..and if its left over..i mix it with french dressing or salad dressing sometimes..and the dip is ready..another thing i noticed is that phaladelphia salmon/tuna cream cheese makes a good dip too..mix it with left over spinach and mix an little bit of milk to get the fluffy consistency
Anyhow, here's two recipes..just in case if you wanna try something different.
Creamy Spinach Dip
Ingredients
5/8 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons cottage cheese
3/8 (14 ounce) can spinach
2-1/2 teaspoons diced onion
salt to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, yogurt and cottage cheese. Mix in the spinach, onion and salt. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.

1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons shredded mozarella cheese
1/4 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced and softened
3 tablespoons and 1-1/4 teaspoons evaporated milk
1/4 (2.25 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
3/4 teaspoon vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
* Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
