    Breakfast suggestions

    I'm looking for heavy, light, healthy as well as unhealthy breakfast suggestions excluding all forms of egg.

    I do chia puddings (chia seeds soaked in nut milk with a bit of vanilla extract) and fruit sometimes... basically like this:

      Halwa puri n chanay
      Stuffed parathas
      Stuffed pastries...danish...etc etc
      Cereal
      Fruit
      Parfait
      Milkshakes/smoothies
      Pancakes/waffles
      Hash-browns, tater-tots
      Oatmeal, muesli, dalliya/porridge



      When we lived in Saudi, my dad would get these zaatar-sandwiches for breakfast on the weekends. Don't remember the name of the place, but wasn't too far from suwaikat bazaar. They were rolled up like shawarmas and they contained olives, mint-leaves, tomatoes. So delicious!

          Possibly. I remember we used to get arabi-style pizza from Abu Maher. How nice it is to know someone who knows all the places of your childhood.

            Abu Maher shifted. Lots of changes in downtown K. Oh yes, It feels really good when I meet people who have been to my hometown. And better still when they have fond memories.
