Any Guppers in the US doing a turkey for Thanksgiving? I'm going to be rubbing mine with garam masala, dhania powder and this Korean red chili I found in a Korean supermarket. (It's not a hot chili, which is what I was looking for when I bought it, but it gives out the best bright red colour you ever saw.) I was going to do a full tandoori marinade, but after reading a bunch of disappointing experiences with tandoori turkey, I decided not to.
