Leg cramps

Did anyone else get leg cramps during pregnancy, i woke up in very bad pain the other night, it was horrible...i was in tears

hi im 28 weeks mashallah and woke up last night crying because of leg cramps, the pain was sooo bad i couldnt straighten my leg! iv noticed it happens when i stand for long periods of time in the day, so it might be the same case with you, hope it gets better x

im 26 weeks, so just behind you a lil bit. i think i pulled a muscle in the process when i got the cramp , havent been able to walk properly since x

Im 30 weeks now alhumdulillah and i get bad leg cramps! I get mostly during my sleep and the pain is just soo bad i end up crying bless my hubby he just massages my leg n helps ease the pain but i noticed the cramps i been gettin in pregnancy the pain last fr few days till its completly better!

I get cramps in my feet too very regularly even when im just sittin down

sounds like charlies horse cramps, stretch your feet inward n it should go away or try standing on a cold surface (like a tile floor).

Yep my baby boy was born on nov. 13

And is worth all the pains that i had during pregnancy!!!

sounds like charlies horse cramps, stretch your feet inward n it should go away or try standing on a cold surface (like a tile floor).

i'll give that a try, im sure it'll happen again lol

yup. up your potassium intake (bananas, vitamins, etc). that helped me.

I was told to this by a aunty and really work. When you are getting the cramp...just stand up. it will work.
