I would love to get a good recipe for veal (prefer) or goat pulao.
Most people I know use the pre-made masala packs to make pulao. Can someone give me a recipe where you make it from scratch or if anything only use 1/3 or 1/2 the packet mix and the rest is your own mix? I would really appreciate if you could post the spices you use and quantities including the procedures. I am NOT a cook so a detailed recipe would be amazing. Thanks in advance to the chefs of GS!
