    Shami Kabab

    Share some Shami Kabab recipes please. I made some kababs the other day, but something was quite not right.

    Is it better to make them from Keema or Boneless beef?

      Ive never tried beef..made them with lamb keema and chana daal...basically you let them cook together in water and add the desired spices...once daal soft let the water dry up....once fully dry, leave aside until it cools down.....put in food processor.....once a soft mixture.... make small kebabs out of them and place in freezer....use when required..by dipping in egg and shallow frying

      im sure theres other recipes out there too...but the above one is a easy one to use and quick too

          I like the boneless meat ones better, the texture is much better than keema shami kabaabs, but keema is also fine

            I use soya mince with channa daal. They taste just as nice and can be frozen too. Plus there quicker to prepare/cook.
