    When it comes to physical activities, a positive attitude would consist of planning goals, having a consistent workout routine, and to just enjoy working out! To many healthy people, those who view physical activity as a part of their lifestyle tend to work harder not only in physical activity, but in life generally.

      Harris benches 220 at 18, Safy does flys with 90lbs dumbbells', I think athletes are a superior species. How can a rolled shouldered weak limbed lazy guy who cant manage a flight of stairs be the same species as a guy running a marathon???
