    You should eat healthy food during your because it will be helped your brain while study. Some food names are below:
    • Avocados
    • Blueberries
    • Green tea
    • Fatty Fish
    • Dark Chocolate
    • Leafy Greens
    • Flaxseed
    • Nuts

      I discovered eating chocolate during the exam gets rid of stress, the logical brain shuts down during stress because of our fight-flight DNA. Omega 3s are good for the brain, there are also many studies techniques. The brain is part of the body and benefits from overall good circulation and health. I told my kids a healthy body, healthy brain. Make sure you exercise also as it releases endorphins and gets rid of stress. For some reason when we are walking our brain works better. The foods you listed, are good sources of Omega 3s. What are you studying?

A good idea is to go for fish, greens, and healthy carbohydrates such as rice or whole wheat pasta. Try fruit or dark chocolate for dessert.
