i would like to bring an example of road-contruction site.. x is the noun who tries to be a non-confirmst.. doesn't go with the flow..

awrite so we got this x in the road along with all the other charcoal, stones and black liquid etc..

y is the bulldozer,heavy machine that goes and crushes and makes the smooth road..

story is on the emphasis of the x, but y crushes it to make it part of the road.. smooth, shiny road..

conclusion for the favours of 100000 cars passing the road, crushing of one person that doesn't go with the flow, in this scenario, well i say is very much logical and accepted..

again, numbers speak for themselves, everything is linked, balanced, 1x leaders = 10x awaams.. u try coming up with more elites that should be leaders, and u directly try to disturb the balance.. simple
