sounds yummy, but then how do u get rid of its sap wothout cutting it finely?
there is another one of my mom's recipe.
finely slice the okra in thin strips, add a little yughurt to khatta masala ( imli podwer n chilli n salt stuff) and make a paste. mix the bhindi in it and let it dry for a few days (it wont go bad)
then preserve it in an air tight jar or in yr freezer and fry when ever u wanna..with daal chawal or some bland fod it taste yummy!
