Highlights VS lowlights

highlights look okay as long as they dont show a blaring contrast between the color of the hair and skin. for brown people burgundy in black hair looks just fine. extreme blonde is pushin it a bit :--)

i like the way some koreans and other various orientals here highlight their hair
