Its not whether who is stronger in what sense that is the argument, but what is perceived as a stronger position in society. Most cultures are male dominated and thus men are in more prominent roles and positions of power. From women there is an effort to have the same amount of imfuence and power. same goes for racial politics.

So lets not make it a who is better than the other, because that will get us no where.
