    Pittsburg Guppies

Please post some nice places to go see in the metropolitan Pittsburg area. Recommended eatery places (Desi, as well as non-desi) are specially needed.

Is there a Devon/Gerard/Jackson Height type street in Pittsburg??

There is a kind of food that doesn't fall into any one of the above categories?

BTW, is this some sort of twisted way of telling us that you'd be visiting a big city like Pittsuburg out of small pind like India-NO-Place?

Abay chal, jalkukar keheiN ka. I live one hour drive from two most famous cities in US on both North and South end. Beat that!

Talk about Pittsburg and India-NO-Place, people like you come to our areas and look at things with jaws open and eyes popped.

Yes, but for people from India-NO-place, things are other way around.

                ghalib

i use to live there five years back, not exactly in pittsburgh but in its outer suburbs. i am almost sure it doesn't have any big desi streets as jackson heights or anything that you mentioned. There are a few desi restaurants there though, specifically in monroville(sp?) and i am sure there are some in downtown :-\ i am sorry i don't have enough information on as to where exactly they are located. but i am sure it won't be very difficult to find them
