General Forum....

What kind a topics fall under General Forum category,.....Can someone plz tell me.

Or

Our Understanding of General Category forum is different than Moderators....

Initially, it was difficult for me as well to understand what's the difference between Cafe and General forum. After spending sometime I think that the General fora is different to Cafe that here you can discuss a little less socializing topic than one in Cafe. Also, the topics generally have some serious theme behind it. I hope it helps.

and yeah, adding to khan_sahib's reply.. cafe is more towards nonserious, bukbuk, bongiyan wali posts, while general is towards more sophesticated diss+cussings .. =)

I didn't want to use the word "sophisticated" as I had checked the the posts which have been posted recently in the Forum and I don't think they qualify to be here rather than Gupshup. I think they must have been slipped from Mod's eye.

Thanx for sharing your take on it.Today,
I posted one message " EVER WONDER WHY ".And the moment its posted was taken out by Moderator, I was thinking and wondering why they took it out/Deleted. It had a general Subject and some interesting points.
That's why, I am asking to see if we are all reading from the same page, same rules.

tariq, the thread you are mentioning appeared in the religion section. Like

Thanx for taking your time to reply, well The Thread title was"EVER WONDER WHY ",which you can see under religious forum. Because I posted it there.But yesterday, when I posted it here under General Forum, I thought since it covers General topic may be I can post here.But was deleted right away.
Also,I read the description on Main page.Still scratching my head.Because,It very clear about postings and my post falls under same guide line.

Anyhow,.....No Problem. Just wanted to be clear on this.
