OK here it goes, the recipe for chinese omlette.
In a pan prepare mixture -A
Mixture - A
1. 4 eggs
2. Flour( 1 tbl spoon )
3. Corn flour ( 1 tbl spoon )
4. Salt ( 1/2 teaspoon )
5. Pepper ( 1 teaspoon )
Mix the afore mentioned, I mean whip it real good. Then , in a separate pan prepare mixtue - B:
Mixture - B
1. 1 Chopped Onion
2. 1 Chopped tomatoe
3. 1 finely cut-up green chillies
4. Handful of chopped cilantro
5. Soya sauce ( 1 tbl spoon )
6. Vinegar ( 1 tbl spoon )
7. Salt ( 1/2 teaspoon )
8. Pepper ( 1 teaspoon )
9. Chinese Salt ( 1/2 teaspoon )
10. Red Chilli powder ( 1 teaspoon )
Take a frying pan, heat it and put oil or butter on it and put Mixture - A in it. Flip it over BEFORE IT the omlette gets to a brown color. Now, put Mixture - B on the omlette and roll(make the omlette circle in the pan into a semi circle omlette) the omlette so the mixture - B fits nicely in the center.
Walla, you can now serve the omlette with some OJ, wheat toast and raspberry jelly on the side.
Enjoy it
