OK here it goes, the recipe for chinese omlette.
In a pan prepare mixture -A
    Mixture - A
    1. 4 eggs
    2. Flour( 1 tbl spoon )
    3. Corn flour ( 1 tbl spoon )
    4. Salt ( 1/2 teaspoon )
    5. Pepper ( 1 teaspoon )

Mix the afore mentioned, I mean whip it real good. Then , in a separate pan prepare mixtue - B:

    Mixture - B
    1. 1 Chopped Onion
    2. 1 Chopped tomatoe
    3. 1 finely cut-up green chillies
    4. Handful of chopped cilantro
    5. Soya sauce ( 1 tbl spoon )
    6. Vinegar ( 1 tbl spoon )
    7. Salt ( 1/2 teaspoon )
    8. Pepper ( 1 teaspoon )
    9. Chinese Salt ( 1/2 teaspoon )
    10. Red Chilli powder ( 1 teaspoon )

Take a frying pan, heat it and put oil or butter on it and put Mixture - A in it. Flip it over BEFORE IT the omlette gets to a brown color. Now, put Mixture - B on the omlette and roll(make the omlette circle in the pan into a semi circle omlette) the omlette so the mixture - B fits nicely in the center.

Walla, you can now serve the omlette with some OJ, wheat toast and raspberry jelly on the side.

    Enjoy it
Later on with the tikka recipe

      Brazillian Iced Chocolate Coca Cola

      2 oz Chocolate, unsweetened
      1/4 c Sugar
      1 c Coffee, double-strength
      And hot
      2 1/2 c Milk
      1 1/2 c Coca Cola, chilled
      Whipped cream or vanilla
      Ice cream

In the top of a double-boiler over hot water, melt the chocolate squares.
Stir in the sugar. Gradually stir in hot coffee, mixing thoroughly. Add
the milk and continue cooking until all particles of the chocolate are
dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 10 minutes. Pour into a jar.
Cover and chill. When ready to serve, stir in the chilled Coca-Cola. Serve
over ice cubes in tall glasses.

For a beverage, top with whipped cream. For a dessert, add a scoop of
vanilla ice cream. Makes 5 cups.
