Mystery person in the street...

My question to you all. You see a person in the street. Either they remind you of someone or they just looking very fine. Do you go up to them and speak (if so wot do you say ?), or should you just walk on by ?

Thanx for the help gups. I know wot i have to do now ! curiousity has got the better of me ... im gonna find out wether i know 'this person' or not ! Wish me luck ... i hope she doesnt think im a freeko/stalker or something. YIKES!
