The smae question could be asked is why do we men wears belts with suck fancy buckles????????

It is just a fashion statement... probably meaningless but it is just it!

Why do women paint their faces???? During my days in college some girls looked more like clowns than anything else!!!! Just too much makeup!!!

Only when human sorrows are turned into a toy with glaring colors will baby people become interested -- for a while at least. The people are a very fickle baby that must have new toys every day.

yes color is good But colored naras should not be worn with white clothing. That too not tucked in completely. Seems to me the naras are saying " saff chuptee bi nahi aur samm ne ate bi nahi."

Azarbands and Naraas I have worn have all been white, or I refused to wear it.

At one Eid, my brother had this 24color bit, technicolor azarbund which he would wear in such a way that its neither tucked in nor its danlging too obnoxiously. Upon questioning, he answered "Beta iss Eid par yahi fashion hai"

I, on other hand always believed in white Azarbunds. But anybody had that experience when you try to unknot the azarbund sometimes its absolutely impossbile because of the nature of the knot. I was asking my mother to tie the knot for me until I was 19 years old.
