This reality here is very very funny!!
The site mentioned above i.e. pakgov.org isn't the official pakistani site.The official government of pakistan site is at http://www.pak.gov.pk .But what is extremely funny here is that these guys registered the domian name pakgov.org mentioned above themselves and then 'hacked' their own website!!!

official site is at www.pak.gov.org which looks fine.
