    Ahem Ahem...

    Salaam Doston,

How many of you lose weight in Ramadhan and how many of you end up gaining a few *ahem ahem* pounds/kilos...

Khawaateen ke liye iss baat ka jawaab dena zaroori nahin...

Most will gain weight in this month, but in my case it is opposite. I have increased the intensity of my workout and hitiing the gym six days a week instead of four days.

No major changes. Maybe 1 or 2 kgs up or down. But that happens in every other month too.

            AsslamAlaikum brothers and sisters,
            just wanted to say something....
in Ramadhan we should lose weight....NOT GAIN!
ppl these days eat 3 lunches at iftar time instead....so that beats the purpose and then they wonder why they dont lose weight during Ramadhan plus all the oily stuff of course...(fellow pakistanis know all about this)...
we, as Muslims should not eat too much as it goes against the saying of the Prophet..
the Prophet (saw) said that you should not eat to your full (not word 2 word)..
he also said that we should leave 1/3 of our stomach for food, 1/3 for drinking and the last third should be left empty (for ease of breathing etc...)

so, I think that we can make RAMADHAN the ideal opportunity for losing weight and to quit smoking (it causes bodily harm and is therefore haraam) and all you druggies too!.....
            anyways

usually people gain wait, as they work out less, eat like a monster at aftari....and specially more sweets...
Saints are fine for Heaven, but they are hell on earth.

I usually lose a few pounds.....Pigging out on Eid ususally makes up for it though.

i usually gain weight. i think another reason for that is that your body metabolism slows down during fasting so u burn less calories anyway, hence putting on weight when u do eat properly. Thats one of the reasons why dieting doesnt work aswell.
