according to trustworthy rumors, parvez musharraf was involved in match fixing when he was in military school. playing in soldiers vs. officers game, he was offered a bottle of whiskey to get out early by the soldier which he accepted. according to the tapped telephone tapes he promised that he will score less than 15 runs. he scored 14.

Will qayyoom commission look into this matter?

well.. have heard about nawaz sharief's match fixing though. apparently on his innings on every friday on baag-e-jinnah, which will be studded with fours and sixes, a young boler was brought who was pretty fast and got sharif's wicket on first ball. it was of course declared a no-ball. immediately he was given lessons on bowling, his run-up was reduced to two yards and then sharief feasted on his bowling.

Now thats exclusive information why you did not present it infront of the Qayyum commission. It might be that actually Nawaz and Musharaf are involved in match-fixing and to save their necks they put the blame on Wasim Akram and others. Remember Nawaz Sharif's threatning calls to the team during the 1999 world cup.
