            oh okay, so the position of the the Gupshup Janitor is taken in a GOOD way. how about if we go with the word Custodian rather than Janitor. <<Cuz you know, gizzy, "Janitor" sounds like a Chokidar or something; when really, janitors/custodians are soo vital>>

            hm, so let's see, someone who:
            - fixes up arguments/messes going on in a thread.
