    so whats ur shikwa?

    i started working out in a gym with this friend of mine. after a month and a half.... he has got cuts on his arms, a six pack on the tummy and looks as if he has spent all his life workingout in a gym. me on the other hand..... teelay ka teela. and the added fat of all these years hardly looks like a muscle.

    The fact that he is african american maybe has something to do with it.... but thats not a fair policy by Allah mian. Just thought I would share my shikwa with you all on this joyous occasion of eid. happy eid mubarak everyone.

    I will agre with you there brother. Afircan
    americans are born with a BODY ... i mean
    even if they dont work out, they have a six
    pak. Us pakiz on the other hand, have to work
    really hard to get a nice body ... plus if we
    stop working out, we go back to NORMAL very
    fast.

      kaloos have much higher testosterone levels than average. Yeh factor ki wajah say uss kay pathay aap say pehlay ban gaye.

        Hey! If you want to lose some weigth. I have a program which helps me lose up to 7 ponds per week. I am not lieing. All true. It is working for me. So far I have lost 7 ponds yes just started.

            Yes! i have Nuksa for gaining
            weight too. .
            Drink coke instead of water. atleast 6 glass of 16oz daily .
            Breakfast:
            Eat EGG AND CHEESE sandwich. or bagel with cream and cheese.
            Lunch:
            Have Macdonald food everyday do not forget to extra large meal with big fries and big drink.
            Snack:
            Chocolates,Potato chips, apple pies from mcdonalds and all those paki desi sweets stuff.
            DRINK LOT OF vitman D milk
            Dinner:
            Hey!somebody says MCdonalds. . you know what to eat there.

                    u guys are right big mac twice a day everyday... can make anyone a big mota very fast.

                    farhina, do u have a program that can increase my HDL cholestrol level and help me get rid of the fat? my doc really confused me when he told me that by cutting back on fatty foods you also reduce the HDLs (good cholestrol). how do i get out of this catch22?
