Depends on how u define the term "HEALTHIEST", in my view it would be 4 big cholestrol filled parathas, half a dozen brown eggs, a couple of litres of Lussi, and a few Perras afterwards. Halwa Puri (with choolay) and a big glass of Lassi. Nihari is also good, but not everyday. Payee (animal feet) is good too but can be too choletoratic for your heart. Only in moderation, Payee is good.
Rass (dried bread) soaked in chai (milk tea) is also good for you.
PHOOL.. this is free advice..keep it in safe place..i lost 17 lbs in 4 weeks.
1)one grapefruit in the morning
2)one low fat yogart at lunch time
3)dinner a big bowl of salad with(beat,carror,culiflower,lettuce,cucumber
tamato,egg/ or tuna fish can), with baked fish or chicken.
4) night time a glass of milk 2%
include you regular vitamin
drink tea with lemon and honey (baby)kidding
in between you can eat fruit in small quantity..meri jan you will be in good shape
everybody will be eyebowling toward you..looking good..i am serious,i know i joke around,but yar for a change i am serious...ap ke marzi if you want to believe me,but i have given this to lot of people and they did it and lost weight,everybody ask me what i have done..so you know what i did....
