    Weight loss

    Hey everyone-what are your tips for weight loss? i excercise, but i have a hard time curbing my appetite. I am not obese, but i think i am a little chubby, and i like to lose at least 20 lbs. Please help, nothing illegal or something that could backfire

    Walk! Walk like you've never walked before. Walk as if all hell has broken loose. nothing better than atleast a two hours walk every day I tell you.

      Shpooki is right 714: Walking is the way - even 1 hr/day is good. That's even going to improve your metabolism so you'll "naturally" feel hungry - which you still should.
      Oh yeah, and drink water along side as well; dat's helped some of my friends.

        Walking is good, but also you really have to watch your diet, try to control carbohydtrate intake, for example from mon-fri. avoid bread,pasta, and sweets. Eat as many fruits and vegables and even chicken (not fried, baked or grilled) as you like. Also include a rigorous workout such as aerobics, treadmill jogging, or even indian dancing. This is only for a drastic weight loss, you should include carbohydrates in a regular diet. Following such a routine you will start to see results within 3-4 weeks. (but remember you have to be dedicated !)

              This is for those who don't live in Pakistan:

              You go there during the summer months. Visit the butcher shops and examine the various meats. Notice the cleanliness (or lack there of). For most this will force them to become vegetarians during their visit. Now don't eat much and start your diet. You should start shedding pounds. You will have to give up on Pakistan's fine cuisine. But the weight will leave your body quickly and effortlessly. I lost 25 pounds in 3 months.

              Achtung

              PS I gained it back in 3 weeks. Note to self, continue diet when you return home.

                  ok,dont ever try to skip meal coz according to speacialists skiping meal makes you more fat try to take healthy meal.try to avoid taking carbohydreates and proteins together cut down rice from your diet.Along with it walk is necessary to loose weight.

                        I actually excercise a lot. I try to do treadmill for and hour walking or whatever and in that hr 15 consecutive minutes and i play tennis everyt hursday for about an hour. Ihave been playing tennis since the summer before 3rd grade and been doing treadmill thing since june or so

                            714....yar if you insist..istakara ke liya name zarori hai,so i was asking the name....i think you are smart enough to know what i am refering to..aur kiya hal hai ap ka...what is your weight now and how tall are you...make sure you dont over exceed doing treadmill...waiting..
