how deep is the ocean/sea! and which sea creature/animal lives on the sea bed are there any which haven't still been recognised by scienctists. i heard in this month two new creatures were found in kiwi ( new zealand)..

im neither of the brainiacs u mentioned.....(brainiacs a word?) anyhow, just like how they find a new species of insect all the time, i presume, its not alarming they find new species in the ocean.

exact depth i am not sure, but mount everest has the average height of the mountains pegged in the ocean. Discoveries and studies are not easy witht he immense pressure at that level of depth, so its not too alarming to hear this news. Allah sbwt ki shaan haain mashallah.

Off the top of my head, I don't know about the deepest point on Earth, but I can tell you that scientists think that they have only discovered tiny proportion of the total life in the sea.

Basically, very little research has been done on deep-dweling marine life. All we know is that there are a hell of a lot of diverse life-forms down there.

A lot of evidence has emerged to suggest that giant (as in REALLY BIG) squids live deep down.

^^ thanks yes i was told about giant squids living deep down the ocean 2.... i recently saw a movie about the squid god they are amazing creatures, very powerful and clever.
